Secure Data Access Catalytic Fund
Enabling Access to Cardiovascular Data for Early-Stage Research
The Secure Data Access Catalytic Fund (SDACF) offers awards to help researchers access secure datasets for early-stage project development. It aims to remove data-access barriers and generate preliminary findings to strengthen future funding bids.
Open to NCRN members in Welsh HEIs, NHS, or social care, the scheme particularly encourages applications from early career researchers and those that feature strong collaborations. It can be used alone or alongside other funding, with applicants expected to develop a competitive proposal within 12 months.
Full details and application guidance will be available soon.
